At Yappy pets, we aim to deliver your pet supplies quickly and safely. This policy explains how delivery and shipment are handled across Egypt.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to most locations across Egypt, including but not limited to:
Cairo
Giza
Alexandria
Other major cities and governorates
If you are unsure whether delivery is available in your area, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after order processing:
Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
Other governorates: 2–5 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping Fees
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free delivery may be available for orders over 1000 egp, if applicable.
All shipping costs are displayed clearly before completing payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp or email with delivery details.
Payment & Delivery Notes
Online payments are securely processed via Paymob.
Cash on Delivery (if available) may be limited to certain areas.
Orders paid online are prioritized for faster processing.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Customer unavailability at the delivery address
Courier service delays beyond our control
In case of failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply.
