Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Yappy Pets, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which orders may be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
The wrong product was delivered.
Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Non-Refundable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-refundable unless defective:
Pet food and treats
Perishable items
Items that have been opened or used
Refund Process
To request a refund, please provide:
Clear photos of the product showing the issue
Order number or proof of purchase
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
Online Payments (Paymob)
Refunds for online payments made via Paymob will be returned to the same card or payment method used during checkout.
Refund processing times depend on the issuing bank and may take additional time to reflect on your statement.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products.
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for other reasons, shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
