Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Yappy Pets, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which orders may be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Non-Refundable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-refundable unless defective:

  • Pet food and treats

  • Perishable items

  • Items that have been opened or used

Refund Process

To request a refund, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the product showing the issue

  • Order number or proof of purchase

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

Online Payments (Paymob)

  • Refunds for online payments made via Paymob will be returned to the same card or payment method used during checkout.

  • Refund processing times depend on the issuing bank and may take additional time to reflect on your statement.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged products.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is requested for other reasons, shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
